Based on the project analysis we prepare a transparent calculation with a clearly defined execution standard and construction schedule. By the end of this step you receive a GU fixed-price offer with a clear cost and time frame.

Execution planning
We develop the technical execution planning, coordinate structural engineering and building services and define all construction details. By the end of this step the project is technically fully prepared for implementation.

Project preparation
We organise the construction phase operationally: selecting and commissioning subcontractors, planning site set-up and logistics, and finalising the construction schedule. By the end of this step the site is fully prepared to start works.

Construction execution
We deliver the construction project with clear control of costs, schedule and quality. All trades are coordinated, progress is documented and checked regularly. By the end of this step the building is structurally complete.

Acceptance & handover

TE-MI Bau GmbH takes on projects once a building permit has been granted and delivers them turnkey as a general contractor. From the start of collaboration through to site start the pre-construction phase typically takes around 3–4 months, depending on project size and complexity.
