How we have grown
Foundation
TE-MI Bau GmbH was founded in 2010 in Berlin and has since been continuously active in construction delivery.
In the early years the focus was on demanding fit-out and construction work, building a stable operational base and deep technical expertise.
General contractor
Since 2017 the company has been systematically expanding its internal structures and capacities.
By building up its own planning, engineering and management teams, TE-MI Bau now assumes full responsibility as general contractor / general transferee – from site preparation and organisation through to handover.
We manage projects of all sizes – from targeted partial measures and conversions through to turnkey realisation – with clear accountability and transparent communication.
